How often should I have a termite inspection?
At least once a year is the usual advice, and more often in termite-prone areas or homes close to bushland.
What signs of termites should I look for?
Mud tracks along brickwork or piers, timber that sounds hollow when tapped, and doors or windows that start to stick. Don't disturb the termites if you find them; call Jason first.
When will I get the report?
Before Jason leaves. The report has photos, says whether any termites were found and sets out what he recommends.
